Return Policy
All Vinyl products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely we always recommend samples available here at BuyWrap. Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products please note that the item is being sold only as described. No changes or alterations to the item (except in the case of color prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return. BuyWrap will replace, or exchange only for those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality assurance checked for flaws and completeness before shipment. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 3 days from receipt of the order that is considered complete. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after product is installed. Please note that products ordered at different times may have different lot numbers, therefore we can not guarantee a color or pattern match. BuyWrap and partner manufacturers are always making changes to provide you with the highest quality products. BuyWrap does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation but can not be held responsible for installation failure. Please know if a claim needs to be filed for the product it must be sent back within the time frame to file a claim with that company "usually 30 days depending on manufacturer" if the time frame has exceeded this period we are not able to issue any type of replacements or claims. We are not held accountable for any film that is not handled within that procedure. Shipping is nonrefundable.
BuyWrap will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with reshipping the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
